What is a Unitary Constitutional Inducooperancy?

Unitary, the Supreme Central Government controls the whole government system and all subordinate provincial, city, and municipal governments, with a unicameral legislative and governing council, that legislates for the whole government and delegates to subordinates. The Central Government, Executive Council and Congress is governed and ruled by a Supreme Law of the land, along with the Nation State itself, it’s rigid Constitution. It’s rigid Constitution is a codified inflexible unitary Constitution of the the people, member-citizens, who own interest, shares, royalties, shared-rights, voting rights, collective land ownership and protector-ownership in Nation State, Nation State Banking, Reserves, Funds, S.O.E.’s, and cooperative resources such as land.

Inducooperancy is a member-citizen, citizen-owner cooperative government system. The citizen-members are autonomously united in a cooperative council democracy, with a Supreme General Assembly, of all member-citizens of the Nation State including government personnel, the General Assembly being the highest policy-making body of the land. While the Central Executive Council and Congress holds all power and authority of government vested by the member-citizens, it’s constitution, is the highest legislative body of government. The General Assembly exercises legislative power principally by direct democracy, enacting bills to establish law and by adopting referendums and joint resolutions that propose constitutional amendments and Nation State development. Inducooperancy is a unionized cooperation between nation state, the Central Government, and it’s people or members-citizens, were the people run their own government collectively and autonomously within the General Assembly and the General Assembly Committee, the Nation State Monitoring Committee Bureau, and vests it’s power in selected and or appointed, elected government officials and Central Executive Council and Congress.
